Assist is your personal bioprocess analysis assistant. Leverage Invert's purpose-built conversational AI analysis tool to streamline your daily analysis workflows with advanced statistical analysis and pattern recognition using natural language. This feature is available to your organization upon request. Please reach out to Invert via Intercom chat or sending us an email to [email protected].
Disclaimer:
The underlying Large Language Model (LLM) is trained on Invert’s data model and bioprocessing technology. Assist will generate and execute python code to perform the required analysis for your query. Invert has guardrails in place to ensure your data is handled securely and remains contained within Invert infrastructure. In practice, this means Assist does not have access to the internet. The assistant's context window is limited to data stored in your organization's tenant and the prompt provided by the user.
Getting started:
Select relevant runs from the Runs directory
Open the Assist modal and add selected runs to the context window.
Submit prompt and wait for response
Review response.
Optionally, add additional runs to context window and submit new prompt.
Technical details/Tips & Tricks:
Assist's context window is limited to information associated with selected runs. Accessible data includes properties, metrics, lineage and events.
Assist has access to a restricted list of whitelisted python packages. If there is a package you would like added, please reach out to the Invert team - we are happy to help.
Assist does not learn from past chat dialogs, however you can continue your previous conversations which are accessed through the history panel.
Assist can be used to generate Invert native graphs that can be saved and shared with colleagues. For visualizations outside Invert's core charting library, Assist generates graphs using Matplotlib (Python library). Depending on user needs, Assist can be stirred in one or the other direction via prompting.
Notebooks can be provided as context to Assist as well. This allows users to leverage existing analysis templates as a reference for Assist to perform calculations. For this, navigate to the relevant notebook page, open Assist modal, and add notebook as context.
